NON-ECONOMIC DAMAGES”
Thursday, March 25, 2021 | 5:30 to 7 p.m. | Zoom | 1.5 MCLE Credit
Speakers: Bob Buccola, Robert Nelsen and Ryan Dostart
The speakers will focus on tips and techniques to maximize your case’s jury appeal, including effective use of conservative treating physicians and creative approaches to using before and after witnesses from your client’s home and work-life, with the objective of framing the case around plaintiff’s story, not just the medical diagnoses. These techniques are useful in all cases ranging from soft-tissue to catastrophic losses.
