This program will cover common issues raised in minor traumatic brain injury (MTBI) cases and how they were addressed in a recent trial resulting in a favorable verdict, including the absence of loss of consciousness, normal Glasgow Coma Scale at the emergency room, delayed reporting of symptoms, negative brain imaging, etc. Included in the discussion will be ideas for framing the MTBI case and presentation of the general damages story.
