DESCRIPTION:Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association invites you to attend: \nTom Lytle Luncheon \nTOPIC: THE STATE OF THE SACRAMENTO COURT: 2025 AND BEYOND \nSPEAKERS: Presiding Judge Bumni Awoniyi & Supervising Civil Judge Steven M. Gevercer \nMonday\, February 24\, 2025  | 12 noon to 1: 00 p.m. | 58 Degrees & Holding  | MCLE Credit = 1 Hour \nJudge Awoniyi and Judge Gevercer will provide an update on electronic filing\, trial procedures\, the status of getting civil trials out and the changes made to the law and motion calendars. In addition\, the judges will announce the latest civil department judicial assignments\, talk about budgetary and administrative issues\, and inform you about the status of the new courthouse. The judges prefer a question-answer format. This is a unique opportunity to obtain an insider’s view of the workings of the Sacramento County Superior Court.  \nThis luncheon will be held at 58 Degrees & Holding located at 1217 18th St\, Sac\, CA 95811. \nCost:  $35.00 (CCTLA Member) & $45 (Nonmember) \nRSVP:  RSVP by email to debbie@cctla.com.  \nMCLE: Credit has been approved with the State Bar of California for 1 hour of General credit.  Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider.
